Bookends of Epiphany

This teaching on the first Sunday of Epiphany focused on the first "bookend" of the season, that amazing (and theologically rich) scene where Jesus is baptized by John. By the way, we also touched on the second "bookend" of the season that comes along on the final Sunday of Epiphany: that amazing (and theologically rich) scene where Jesus is transfigured before three of His disciples. Can you think of some things those bookends have in common?
